Digital Portfolios: It is true that you are in the route of developing a unique digital portfolio for your business. This may include your blog, website and your e-mail newsletter. It may also include your Facebook page, Twitter feed and your Yelp profile page. Face it, digital footprints are everywhere now.

Customer voice: Customer and product reviews are greatly valued by the consumers and have a major impact on purchasing decision. So expect the customer voice to get louder in 2010.

Google and Bing Innovation: Microsoft introduced their new search engine Bing in June 2009, and then soon joined into an agreement with Yahoo to power the latter’s future organic and paid results. Although 2010 is to be a year of experimentation in this area, expect to see activity around location based marketing, both to social networking groups as well as to passers-by.
